Prices are based on 36 or 50 people.  This is to cover the running  costs, central heating and our team of cleaning fairies!

A £200 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is to be paid at least 1 month before the arrival date. If a booking is cancelled with less than 1 months notice then full payment is still required.
